Returns & Refunds
At VVANIAN, many pieces are produced intentionally after purchase to reduce waste and support responsible production. While items are created specifically for each order, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us.
Return eligibility depends on how the item is produced. Please review the sections below carefully.
Studio Edition — Made-to-Order Apparel (Produced After Purchase)
These Studio Edition items are created specifically for each customer once an order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of Studio Edition products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact VVANIAN within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or resolution.
Items should not be returned to the production partner. Instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
NotePlease review sizing carefully before ordering, as we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection.
Artist Edition / In-Studio Apparel
These items are finished or held directly in our Los Angeles studio.
Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
In these cases, a replacement or refund will be issued
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Additional Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse
