At VVANIAN STUDIO, return eligibility depends on how each item is produced. Please review the sections below before placing your order.

STUDIO COLLECTION — Made-to-Order Apparel

STUDIO COLLECTION items are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges
Because these items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact VVANIAN STUDIO within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. If a return is required, VVANIAN STUDIO will cover the return shipping cost.

Please do not return items directly to the production partner. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

ARTIST HANDMADE

ARTIST HANDMADE pieces are finished or held directly in our Los Angeles studio. Many are one-of-one or produced in very limited quantities.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping for standard returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Size Exchanges
Size exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Because many ARTIST HANDMADE pieces are one-of-one, an exchange may not always be possible. One-of-one items are not guaranteed to be eligible for exchange, since the same design or another size may not exist.

If an exchange is unavailable, the item may still be eligible for return under the conditions above.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to standard exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

In these cases, VVANIAN STUDIO will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. If a return is required, VVANIAN STUDIO will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • VVANIAN STUDIO processes approved refunds within 5 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear

Additional Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage after delivery, or misuse
  • One-of-one ARTIST HANDMADE pieces cannot be guaranteed for replacement or exchange
  • All exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability
